Accountabilities
- Design and implement Atlassian solutions, including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and related tools, tailored to business needs
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical architectures and workflows
- Lead system integrations, automation, and custom development to optimize tool efficiency
- Establish governance, best practices, and security standards for Atlassian platforms
- Provide guidance and training to teams on tool usage, adoption, and optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment and smooth project delivery
- Monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions to enhance collaboration and productivity
- Proven experience as an Atlassian Solution Architect or similar role in enterprise environments
- Strong expertise in Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian ecosystem tools
- Experience with system integration, workflow customization, and automation
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-600, ACP-620, or equivalent) are highly desirable
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premises deployments and security best practices
