Assistant Team Manager – Occupational Therapy

3 month initial contract

West Midlands
£42.50 per hour

Inside IR35 (via umbrella)

Fully remote

To provide professional leadership and support to a team of qualified and unqualified staff within a multidisciplinary team whilst ensuring practice standards are adhered to.

Your Role as Assistant Occupational Therapy Team Manager:

• Assistance with managing the occupational therapy team
• Performance management, coaching and mentoring
• Allocation of work across the team
• Provide expert advice and guidance to social care staff
