Job Description

  • Provide L1 or L2 technical support for ATM Switch applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot ATM switch application issues in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Offer technical support to IDBI Bank branches and handle complaints related to ATM transactions and debit card services.
  • Handle certification and integration activities with Visa, Mastercard (MC), and NPCI networks.
  • Conduct incident management, including root cause analysis and timely resolution of issues.
  • Collaborate with IST (Integrated Switching Technology) teams to maintain high availability of ATM services.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the ATM switch system and debit card issuance/transaction modules.
  • Participate in production rollouts, software upgrades, and patch deployments related to ATM and card systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational SLAs for card payment infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update documentation related to ATM switch configurations, certifications, and support logs.
