Associate - Finance

Job Overview

The Associate - Finance will manage the financial operations, develop financial strategies, ensure

compliance with financial regulations, and oversee budgeting and forecasting. Responsibilities include

conducting financial analysis, preparing financial reports, managing audits, and collaborating with other

departments to support overall business development.

Requirements :

● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

● 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles

● Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting standards

● Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)

● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

● Good communication and teamwork abilities

● Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
