ATS Learning Project Specialist

The ATS Learning Project Specialist is responsible for the creation and maintenance of policies, standards, and processes for ATS Learning Teams. Drive change management and ensure compliance with CARs and ICAO requirements across ATS Learning the Approved Training Organization (ATO). Monitor process performance through data-driven methods, analyze feedback from process users. Facilitate RCA/CAP activities and deliver TGF training for operational consistency across all FIRs. Lead Quality Improvement Projects.
