Job Description
- Incident Investigation & Response
- Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, lost items, guest/employee complaints (e.g., noise, food poisoning, assault)
- Interview involved parties to collect statements and gather accurate information
- Prepare detailed incident reports for documentation and follow-up
- Notify management, local authorities, or emergency services in case of serious incidents
- Crisis & Risk Management
- Respond to business interruptions including suspicious individuals, intoxicated persons, civil disturbances, or other threats
- Escort unwelcome individuals from the premises discreetly and effectively
- Defuse conflicts or disturbances between guests or employees, and summon law enforcement if needed
