Job Description:
The Temporary Lawyer will provide general legal services at an exciting global company with a office located in New Jersey, in support of ’s Specialized Modalities Platform, supporting Cell & Gene Therapy (“CGT”) services. CGT services advance the development, manufacturing, and commercialization of cell and gene therapy products for ’s biotechnology and pharmaceutical customers. The attorney in this role will work closely with all business functions within the CGT team and actively support the CGT team in achieving business objectives. In particular, the Temporary Lawyer will drive the drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements in support of CGT, including, for example, manufacturing services agreements and related statements of work, process development and other services agreements, quality agreeme...
