Join a leading class-action and complex litigation firm as a Senior Associate Attorney focusing on Employment Law. This role offers the opportunity to lead sophisticated wage-and-hour and consumer class-action matters, influence litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys. You will handle high-stakes cases from inception through resolution while working closely with senior leadership on significant legal and business decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of employment litigation and class-action experience

• Ability to independently manage complex litigation matters

• Strong knowledge of discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Junior Associates

• Manage cases from filing through settlement or trial

• Develop litigation strategy and oversee discovery

• Take and defend depositions and argue motions

• Maintain client communication and support firm strategy
