Join a leading class-action and complex litigation firm as a Senior Associate Attorney. This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact wage-and-hour and consumer class-action cases, shape litigation strategy, and mentor junior attorneys while working on significant, high-profile matters.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of employment litigation and class-action experience
  • Proven ability to manage cases independently and lead a team
  • Expertise in strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlements
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and supervise Junior Associates
  • Oversee complex, high-stakes cases from start to finish

  • Develop case strategies and coordinate discovery, depositions, and motions
  • Guide client communications throughout litigation
  • Contribute to long-term strategic planning on major legal issues
