JOB OVERVIEW

Our business specialises in working with trades services businesses like Plumbers, Electricians, HVAC, Fire and Security, and along with bookkeeping services, we offer some job management and administration services. The main accounting software we use is Xero; however, our team are involved in operating job management software called Simpro and Employment Hero Payroll software. Candidates having experience with any of these applications would be highly desirable, but we will provide training on these for the successful applicant.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Bank reconciliation
  • Entering bills and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Processing payroll
  • Preparation of BAS and IAS
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field in bookkeeping preferred
