Your Role

As an AU Property Trust Accountant, you are responsible for:

  • Daily Receipting/Daily Bank Reconciliation – Rent payments, RTBA, Refund etc.
  • Month End Closing
  • Entering Bills – Owner
  • Entering Invoice – Tenant
  • Checking/Approval of Bills
  • Daily BPay Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
  • Daily EFT Disbursement – Payment Suppliers/Owners
  • Email Actions/Property Me Task Management
  • To Charge Leasing Fees/Marketing F...
