Role Overview

The Audience Acquisition Associate is responsible for executing direct delegate recruitment for Everest Group’s flagship events. This is a hands-on, outbound-focused role centered on calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to drive qualified attendance. This is a target-oriented role, with clear delegate recruitment goals and accountability for execution within defined event timelines.

The associate will work from defined target lists and outreach plans, engaging three primary audiences:

1.Members and active clients (with approval and coordination)

2.Prospects and former clients

3.Cold prospects identified by title, function, and persona
