About the Role:

As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for Deluxe’s AI Operations. The role requires you to understand the voice-recording process, have expertise in voice acting, dubbing, and localization, and ideally, knowledge of and interest in text-to-speech technology. You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with external vendors, internal teams, and client representatives. You should also be experienced in managing and leading operations with a track record of delivering KPIs to set standards.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Own the AI Operations and Coordination team to enable them to deliver to set standards and KPIs.
2. Work with global teams to continuously improve workflows, supply chains, and processes.
3. Sourcing and Coordination with talents and recordists as needed
4. Operational management:
5. Ensuring all recording data and trackers are maintained and updated.
6. Creating and maintaining process documentation and trackers.
7. People Management via regular team member connects, personal development, and clear goal-setting for the team. Owning people-focused KPIs like attrition, LND, and morale.
8. Managing the AI Ops Coordination team to efficiently carry out the scheduling of recording rooms and voice talents.
9. Coordinate and collaborate with the audio engineering and AI Ops teams.
10. Liaising with the Audio team and managing the capacity and availability of both audio engineers and AI Ops coordinators.
11. Schedule meetings and weekly stand-ups with global AI Ops stakeholders.
12. Collaborate with Technical Project Managers and discuss project milestones.
13. Ensure the mixing room/recording room is equipped in accordance with TTS requirements and specifications.
14. Liaise with the global TTS team members and manage the project accordingly.
15. Work closely with the India lead for TTS – AI Ops and support the project team to deliver on this initiative

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in media production, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Prompt engineering knowledge, AI-based certification, especially in TTS and AI agent handling, is a plus.
• Proven experience in audio operations and related activities.
• Expertise in working with Excel sheets and other tools required for data collation.
• Flexibility to work in different shifts and workweeks.
• Confidence and proaction in dealing with executive management and leadership to provide them with regular updates and in project discussions

**Candidate should be flexiable to work from our office location (Bellandur, Bangalore) and ready to work in Night shift (9PM to 6AM)**
