Role Description

This is a contract remote role for Audio Creator Partnerships & Community Growth Intern/Manager - Tamil Language. The role involves managing on-boarding audio-first/ faceless creators, creator & community engagement, communication for the Tamil community on Arré Voice. The role involves tasks such as identifying creators who could be on-boarded to Arré Voice, training them on content and developing growth strategies, implementing community engagement initiatives, analyzing data for insights, managing projects related to community expansion, and utilizing growth hacking techniques to drive creator acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

• Creator mindset - ideally should be a creator on any social media platform. Experience with audio and podcasts is preferred.
