We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-focused individual with 1-3 years of experience, ideally within a call center environment, to play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our voice-based AI solutions. This role will involve a significant focus (approx 80% of the time) on supporting the development and testing of our AI bots, ensuring they sound natural and accurately follow scripts. The remaining time (around 20%) will involve contributing directly to voice recordings and improving the naturalness of our outsourced voice talent.
