Ensure the availability of AV, Video/Web Conferences & Signage equipment are the Bank’s standard to support the needs of stakeholder.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in management of AV and IT related hardware and software.
  • Set up equipment such as microphones, sound system, video screens, projectors, connecting wires and cables.
  • Stand‑by and provide support during events/meetings.
  • Adhere to BNM Procurement Framework.
  • Operate Video Conference and Broadcasting Systems.
  • Manage high expectations of the various stakeholders.
  • Understand issues related to AV, IT, network, mechanical and electrical.

Willingness and ability to work odd hours, during weekends and public holiday.
