We are seeking an experienced AV Service Technician to support enterprise‑level audiovisual systems across multiple customer sites. This role is ideal for senior‑level AV professionals with strong installation, service, and troubleshooting backgrounds who want to step into a customer‑facing service position. Candidates must have deep hands‑on experience with Crestron and AMX systems, strong diagnostic capabilities, and the ability to support complex AV systems in professional environments.

What You’ll Do

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on Crestron DM/NVX and AMX control systems

• Service complex audiovisual systems in conference rooms, boardrooms, and training spaces

• Support Cisco, POLY, and Logitech video conferencing platforms

• Diagnose and resolve issues with Biamp, QSC, and other audio DSP systems

• Work with AVoIP systems and AV data across LAN/WAN/internet
