Job Description Job Description The Service Technician is a full-time on-site role located in the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of audio-visual systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing field service for various client installations. Daily tasks include identifying and resolving technical problems, ensuring systems are operational, and delivering high-quality customer service to meet client needs. Collaboration with other team members and clients is essential to ensure excellence in project execution. This role at times may require help with the installation crew, but the primary role will be service and will have growth potential to lead to a service management position.
