Responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to Crestron DM, NVX, AMX, and custom control systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance tests, site surveys, and generate concise service reports.
Manage multiple service projects, mentor junior field service technicians, and interface with enterprise customers.
Support high‑profile audio‑visual installation and video‑wall, projection display, and digital signage projects in executive board rooms and conference centers.
