Job Duties Job DutiesCustomer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients, addressing their AV needs promptly and professionally, while diligently supporting an open-door service policy, to ensure client accessibility.
Equipment Installation, Operation and Maintenance: Assist technicians with the installation, operation and maintenance of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, large monitors, video surveillance, video conferencing, as well as audio, video and control systems. This position may be called upon to routinely provide in class support to program areas for the effective continuance of on-site educational delivery and in specific distance learning or remote teaching applications.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to AV equipment and systems during events or presentations.
