Audio Visual Technician

Reporting to the Assistant Audio-Visual Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the physical plant, structure, utility services, equipment, fixtures and furnishings for the hotel facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant AV Manager to implement projects to improve system efficiency.
• Identify needs for improvement projects and supervise project implementations.
• Monitor and execute planned and unplanned maintenance programs for that are related to the AV System, IT System, AV control room and Function Spaces.
• Liaise with Sales & Marketing team on the event requirements; create event and seminar room layouts in Adobe Connect.
• Work with Event organizer on the setting up the Moderator role and deploying necessary PCs.
• Work with Hotel AV team to configure the video/audio sources require to input to Adobe Connect system.
