Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Audio Visual Technician to join our client's London-based team, supporting a dynamic end-user environment that continues to invest in state-of-the-art technologies, services, and training.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional, high-quality audiovisual and media services across the business. You will provide technical support for both in-person and virtual meetings and events, ensuring seamless delivery and an exceptional user experience. Acting as a key point of contact for AV support, you will assist clients through multiple channels and respond efficiently to technical requests.
Working closely with AV Management and Senior AV Technicians, you will contribute to ongoing service improvements and uphold best practices across the function. You will also play a role in mentoring junior technicians, supporting their development and maintaining high operational standards.
