Job Summary
We are hiring immediately for an On‑Call Audio Visual Technician at Pfizer, located at 445 Eastern Point Road, Groton, Connecticut 06340. Online applications only. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Review customer and meeting planner requests from the reservation system and provide equipment or assistance as needed.
Collect and distribute information from email and phone communications to the assigned contact.
Provide problem escalation support and issue resolution, following up on service challenges and working with management to take corrective action.
Assist all meetings and customers that require tech services for their events.
Follow SOPs for audio‑visual support as provided by the AV Manager and Director of Technology and Operations.
