Job Summary

The AV Technician is responsible for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting audio, video, lighting, and multimedia equipment for meetings, events, and presentations. This role ensures high-quality sound and visual experiences that meet the needs of clients and audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, operate, and dismantle audio and visual equipment such as microphones, speakers, projectors, video screens, recording devices, sound systems, and lighting.
  • Conduct pre-event testing and ensure all equipment functions properly.
  • Provide technical support during live events, conferences, and presentations.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues quickly to avoid disruptions.
  • Maintain, repair, and store AV equipment in proper working condition.
