Key Responsibilities –
-Maintaining employee records
-Maintaining various trackers
-Coordinating in organizing training and development programs for the team
-Helping Partners with their requirements and proactively notifying them with other requirements.
-Preparing Monthly Leave Input for the team
-Coordinating with the team with regards to all the aspects
-Preparation of Letter, Mails and documents necessary for the team.
