Job Summary:
The Inventory Audit Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on inventory audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls. The role focuses on verifying stock records, identifying discrepancies, minimising inventory losses, and supporting process improvements across warehouses, stores, or production units.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct periodic inventory audits (physical and system-based) across locations.
- Verify stock quantities, valuation, and classification
- Identify discrepancies, shrinkage, obsolete/slow-moving inventory, and causes.
- Analyse inventory data and trends to support management decision-making
- Prepare reports on effectiveness of established prevention measures.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Math is average / good
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Management, or related field preferred. (BBA, B.com, B.sc in math )
