Audit Manager
to join our Finance team and play a key role in strengthening internal controls, ensuring SOX compliance, and driving transparency across the organization.

What you'll do:

• Lead and execute the annual internal audit plan, with a strong focus on financial and compliance audits.
• Design, implement, and assess internal controls under
  SOX and COSO frameworks

• Analyze financial statements and accounting processes in compliance with
  IFRS
  .
• Identify financial and compliance risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and present executive-level audit reports to senior management and the Audit Committee.
• Act as the main liaison with external auditors.
• Lead and develop the internal audit function, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
