Role Summary / Overview
The Audit Planning & Risk Data Lead manages the processes, data, and analyses that support Internal Audit’s annual and quarterly planning cycles. Working closely with senior leaders and other GPPO teams, the role ensures that planning inputs, audit universe elements, and risk data are accurate, consistent, and actionable. This position plays a key part in translating strategic direction into executable audit plans and providing the data-driven insights needed to prioritize assurance coverage. The incumbent focuses on ensuring the planning process runs efficiently, risk information is well-curated, and the resulting metrics and dashboards support decision-making across Internal Audit.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and manage the end-to-end audit-planning cycle, including data collection, validation, and plan assembly.
* Maintain the global audit universe and related data (AUUs, KIRIs, risk indicators) in alignment with defined frameworks.
