Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for an Audit & Tax Associate. The responsibilities include conducting audits, preparing financial statements and reports, assisting with tax filings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The associate will collaborate with clients to provide financial advisory services and support them in taxation, financial analysis, and other accounting-related tasks. The role will also require maintaining updated company records and reports under statutory guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Auditing and reviewing financial records for compliance
• Solid understanding of Finance and preparing accurate Financial Statements
• Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data and identifying discrepancies
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and team members
• Good knowledge of current accounting and tax regulations, including proficiency in accounting software
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
• Candidates with a background in Chartered Accountancy (CA Intermediate) or relevant qualifications would be preferred
• Experience with consultancy services or international taxation is a plus
