Job Responsibilities:Auditing and Report Preparation
  • Fully understand and conduct audits as a leader or a member of the audit team as per the SOP/work instructions
  • Ensure all relevant material/ documents are taken during audits
  • Prepare and submit all Reports, CAPs and other audit related documents in a complete, comprehensive and presentable manner consistent with Client/ Intertek quality and TAT guidelines
  • Ensure confidentiality of information obtained during the course of employment
  • Travel and assist in trip planning with short notices as per operational requirements
  • Completion and maintenance of audit files
  • Training

  • Participate in all the training courses as and when scheduled
  • Share law updates with the team in case a new law or changes in an existing law comes into notice
  • Qualification: Any Engineering or Degree in Law/ Environment/ Chemical/Textiles/ or Equivalent

    Technical Certifications: 

  • Holding Lead Auditor Certifications like SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, PSCI, RJC, TFS, RBA, QMS, EMS, OHSAS, SEDEX
  • Preference - if he/she is approved for PSCI, RBA and BSCI Audits
  • APSCA Qualification – ASCA/CSCA
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 05 years of Industry working experience or
  • Minimum 02 years of third-party auditing experience for
  • Social audits, technical audits and Environmental audits
  • Expertise at:

  • Indian Labor Laws and Regulations
  • Industrial EHS requirements, Quality and Production Systems’ List
  • Quantitative Analysis
  • Time Management
  • English Communication
  • Local Language
     
  • Behaviours & Aptitude

  • Team player with ability to work independently
  • High level of Integrity and Ethical Standards
  • Willingness to travel extensively for short/long periods of time
