Role: Unity Tech Lead/Architect – AR/VR Enterprise Solutions
Required Technical Skill Set: Unity3D, C#, AR/VR Hardware Platforms, OpenXR, AR/VR Optimization
Desired Experience Range: 12+ Years

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)
Must-Have
Expert-level experience building enterprise-grade AR/VR applications using Unity3D and C# .
Experience writing technical responses for large RFPs, RFIs,
Deep understanding of AR/VR hardware ecosystems including HoloLens, Magic Leap, Meta Quest, HTC Vive, and industrial smart glasses.
Hands on experience in design/develop industrial applications like 3D digital twin, Connected Worker, Industrial Training for Manufacturing, Oil & Gas and related fields
Strong hands-on knowledge of OpenXR pipelines for cross-platform immersive application development.
Experience integrating and delivering solutions on AR platforms like.
