What you’ll be doing
Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with autism
Helping learners navigate routines, transitions, and sensory needs
Using clear communication and consistent structures to build trust
Working closely with teachers, therapists, and the SENCO
Supporting pupils to access lessons, social opportunities, and personalised interventions
