Milk Education is partnering with a specialist SEND school in Wakefield WF2 to recruit passionate Autism Support Workers who want to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with complex needs.

This role focuses on supporting learners with Autism, ADHD, and a range of additional learning difficulties, including students who are non-verbal or have significant communication needs.

If you’re patient, calm, and confident in providing structured support and consistent emotional care, this could be the perfect role for you. Pupils may have sensory processing differences, communication challenges, or behaviours that reflect unmet needs.
