Our shop is busy with increased insurance DRP business and requires additional experienced estimating staff.
This position is crucial to our production in order to maintain our above average shop throughput.
5 major DRP contracts that generate over $1,000,000 in revenue.
Current total revenue is $1,300,000 - $1,500,000.

Duties:
- Assess and estimate the cost of repairs for auto body damage 
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify necessary repairs and replacements.
- Provide accurate and detailed estimates to customers & insurance companies for repair costs.
- Collaborate with technicians ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repair options and answer any questions they may have.
- Handle transactions for customer & insurance company payments.

Experience:
- Previous experience as an auto estimator or in a related role is preferred. 
- Strong knowledge of mechanical & auto body repair.
- Familiarity with payment handling procedures.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and explain repair options.
- Attention to detail to accurately assess and estimate repair costs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Salary: $72,000.00 - $100,000.00
