Auto Electrician/Technician/Body shop Advisor/ Sr.Denter & Painter

Key Responsibilities:

For Auto Electrician / Technician:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components of vehicles including wiring, lighting, and electronic modules.
• Perform routine and complex mechanical repairs, including engine, transmission, and brake systems.
• Conduct vehicle inspections to identify faults and recommend appropriate repairs.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in compliance with safety standards.

For Body Shop Advisor:

• Assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates accurately.
• Coordinate with customers and insurance companies to explain repair processes and timelines.
• Schedule and oversee body repair work, ensuring quality and timely completion.
• Manage parts ordering and inventory control for body shop operations.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

For Senior Denter & Painter:

• Perform advanced dent removal, panel beating, and metal shaping with precision.
• Prepare surfaces for painting including sanding, masking, and priming.
• Apply paint and finishes to vehicles, ensuring color matching and smooth application.
• Inspect finished work for quality assurance and perform necessary touch-ups.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain high standards of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• Relevant diploma, certification, or equivalent experience in automotive electrical systems, mechanical repairs, or bodywork.
• 5 to 10 years of proven experience in respective roles within automotive workshops or dealerships.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical systems, mechanical components, and body repair techniques.
• Familiarity with industry tools, equipment, and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
