Missionary Sales Representative (Auto Components)
Location: Chennai, Madhya Pradesh, Agra, Kanpur /Lucknow, Mumbai, Siliguri, Ghaziabad /
Faridabad, Ranchi, Sambalpur / Rourkela, Vizag.
JOB TYPE : 1 YEAR EXTENDABLE CONTRACT
Role Overview:
As a Missionary Sales Representative (MSR), you’ll be the face of our brand—working closely with mechanics, garages, fleet operators, and distributors to educate, demonstrate, and create strong product preference for our auto components.
✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct technical workshops, demos, and training sessions
✔ Promote product features and technical advantages
✔ Build strong relationships with garages, fleet operators & distributors
✔ Support dealer promotions and demand-generation activities
✔ Provide technical support and troubleshooting guidance
✔ Track competitor activities and share market insights
✔ Submit regular reports on market feedback and promotions
What We’re Looking For:
Strong technical knowledge of automobiles & auto components
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to influence, educate, and build long-term trust
Self-driven, persuasive, and comfortable with extensive travel
Qualifications:
• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in auto component sales/service/technical support
• Freshers with strong technical aptitude and communication skills are welcome
