Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level AutoCAD Architecture professional to join our team in Chennai on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency and experience in designing and drafting architectural plans utilizing industry-standard software. You will play a pivotal role in developing design solutions and ensuring compliance with architectural standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD with a focus on architectural design and workflows (Mandatory skill).
• Experience with Revit to create parametric models and integrated workflows (Mandatory skill).
• Skill in using SketchUp for rapid prototyping of architectural concepts (Mandatory skill).
• Competency in 3D modeling to visualize and simulate designs effectively.
• Ability to generate comprehensive BIM models and integrate them into construction projects.
• Experience in construction documentation to communicate design intent accurately.
• Proficient in architectural drafting with attention to detail for clarity and precision.
• Understanding of detailing standards to ensure consistency and accuracy in deliverables.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and review design concepts and documentation.
• Utilize Revit for the production and coordination of Building Information Models.
