Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or architectural studies.
  • General Construction Industry.
  • Coordinate with project manage/architects/engineers to obtain information required in drawing plan.
  • Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations.
  • Draw As Built Drawings.
  • High-rise building project experience.
  • Understanding of construction project management, schedules, project budgeting and compliance monitoring.
  • AutoCAD 2D /3D, Sketch-up or others.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
