Automated Daily USDOT Lead Data Pull Specialist

I'm looking for a skilled developer to build a reliable, automated data pipeline that retrieves newly issued USDOT numbers across the U.S. on a daily basis, formats the data into a clean lead list, and delivers it to us automatically.
Scope of Work
You will create an automated solution that:
Pulls new USDOT registrations daily from FMCSA / DOT Open Data
Uses the Socrata (SODA) API to query records
Filters results strictly by registration date (ADD_DATE)
Removes duplicates using USDOT number as the unique identifier
Extracts and structures the following data fields:
DOT Number
• Legal Company Name
• DBA Name
• City
• State
• ZIP Code
• Phone (if available)
• ADD_DATE
• Date Pulled

The system should automatically generate and deliver:
Google Sheet
New worksheet created each day
Tab labeled with the pull date
CSV file
Used as a backup/export
Daily delivery
