About this opportunity:

We are now looking for a L1.5 Level Operations professional. This job role is responsible for monitoring, coordination, support, management, and execution of reactive maintenance activities to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.

What you will do:

  • Willing to work in the shifts in 24*7 Model
  • Resolving the customer and user technical issues
  • Troubleshooting to find the root cause of the error
  • Maintaining the 100% SLA targets
  • SLA report preparation
  • Inter and Intra Team coordination and cooperation in resolving issues

The skills you bring:

  • 4-5 years exp in Telecom operations
  • Good knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL, UNIX
  • 2-3 years exp in BSCS billing system
