Overview

Lead and supervise Service Engineers (SEs) and Service Technicians (STs) in troubleshooting and maintaining automated sorting machines. Drive continuous improvement, vendor coordination, and system performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise SEs and STs during machine downtime, guiding complex troubleshooting.
  • Ensure preventive maintenance is executed on schedule.
  • Review downtime reports, root cause analyses, and maintenance logs.
  • Consolidate and report ASM performance metrics (uptime %, MTTR, fault trends).
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring breakdowns.
