The Role

The Automation and Controls Technician uses technology to improve, streamline and automate manufacturing, as well as many other processes to reduce the need for human intervention and maximize efficiency. They are responsible for planning, developing, implementing, monitoring and maintaining such technology.

The Automation and Controls Technician will identify new opportunities for automation within the manufacturing processes and lead collaborative discussions between leadership and key stakeholders to determine automation capabilities and goals.
