Job Description
We are seeking an Automation and Development Analyst to join our Cloud Operation team with a focus on Network. This professional will play a strategic role in automating repetitive internal processes, increasing operational efficiency, reducing manual errors, and supporting the technological evolution of the area.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain automation scripts, tools, and integrations applied to the network environment.
Automate provisioning, configuration, troubleshooting, and monitoring processes.
Create and enhance APIs, dashboards, and automated reports to support operations.
Integrate monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic, among others) with internal systems and automation platforms.
Identify and propose innovative solutions to optimize existing processes.
Document and share technical knowledge with the team, promoting standardization and scalability.
