    • What You Need to Be Successful

  • Master’s Degree in Automation Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

  • Less than 18 months of professional experience

  • Fluency in English and Italian; a third language will be considered a plus

  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships and trust with colleagues and stakeholders

  • Innate aptitude for teamwork

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Personal drive and result orientation.
