**What you’ll do?**
- Develop Automation Test Strategy (Enterprise)
- Conduct automation assessments, tool evaluation and selection
- Integrate CI/CD framework with automation
- AutomationStandardization across teams and development of automation re-usable assets specific to Client portfolio
- Design and develop automated dashboard for Test Automation metrics
- Mentor and coach Specialized Test Engineers
- Onshore and Offshore resource coordination
**What you’ll bring**:
- 2-4 years of experience as an Automation Architect
- English fluency
- Experience with Java and Selenium
- ISTQB Foundations Certification
- Any Java or Selenium Certification
