Automation Developer

I am looking to connect with engineers who are passionate about automation, building reliable systems, and solving real production challenges. This role focuses on developing automation solutions that directly support production operations and improve system efficiency.

What you will work on:

• Building dashboards and intuitive UIs

• Developing test frameworks for functional testing

• Supporting pilot trading workflows and order-automation

• Designing AI and LLM-driven solutions to enhance observability and reliability

• Creating tools that streamline production control processes

What will help you succeed:

• 2–5 years of experience in software engineering

• Strong proficiency in Python in a Linux environment

• Hands-on experience in tooling and automation

• Exposure to UI/UX frameworks and best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively

• Curiosity and eagerness to continuously learn new technologies

Nice to have:

• Experience in capital markets or funds management

• Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q

• Familiarity with CI/CD practices

• Understanding of AI and LLM concepts, frameworks and tools such as vector databases and RAG pipelines
