Automation Developer

Responsibilities

·       Develop, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Python, VS Code, Flask, and Power Automate.

·       Build and maintain AI-enabled chatbots capable of database queries and ticket creation in ServiceNow.

·       Integrate email workflows and automate processes between email and ServiceNow.

·       Write independent, production-quality automation scripts based on project requirements.

·       Support and maintain existing systems and deliver projects for end clients as needed.

·       Willingness to learn and take on administrative tasks in ServiceNow and Twilio, and provide backup support for these technologies.

·       Engage in business-as-usual (BAU) tasks and system maintenance.

Requirements

·       Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in AI automation (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may also be considered).
