Automation Project Coordination & Management

  • Oversees and coordinates end-to-end automation projects from intake to deployment

  • Ensures project plans, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are clearly defined and tracked; monitor project progress, risks, and issues; drive mitigation and timely resolution

  • Ensures alignment between business requirements, technical delivery, and client expectations

Team Supervision & Resource Management

  • Supervises Automation Project Coordinators and junior automation resources

  • Assign tasks, balance workloads, and ensure efficient utilization of team capacity

  • Provides guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

Client & Stakeholder Management
