• Provide advanced engineering support to manufacturing operations by diagnosing production issues, enhancing process efficiency, shortening cycle times, and driving reductions in scrap and waste.
• Partner with the maintenance department to deliver high‑level troubleshooting expertise, develop technical competency through training, and implement strategies that minimize unplanned downtime.
