Job Title: Automation Engineer

Experience:3-9 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·BE/Diploma in Electrical and Electronics /Electronics and communication / Instrumentation / Mechatronics

·Should have at least 2 plus year experience inthe field of industrial automation.

·Technical Proficiencies Required:

·Experience in PLC, HMI, SCADA, Analog modules,different communication protocols.

·Experience in PLC, HMI, and SCADA programming SFC, Ladder, Structure text.

·Experience in handling Industrial elements:Laser marking, Robotics, Vision inspection, Scanning, Product

·testing, Torquing, Sensors, Assembly Poka-yoke,Servo drives, welding controller, Load cell LVDT, Power

·source, printers.

·Experience in Communication Protocols Serial,Modbus, Profibus, TCPIP, FTP, Ethernet IP.

·Troubleshooting Experience in Applications,Electrical circuit, Mechanical, Pneumatic.

·Experience in handling Test equipment and testmachines.

·Knowledge in validation of Machine RiskAssessment, Safety circuit and poke yoke.

·Knowledge in Cycle time study and linebalancing.

·Knowledge in pneumatic and hydraulic circuitunderstanding.

·Roles and responsibilities:

·Interact with design team and understand theAutomation project scope and requirement.

·PLC, HMI, Vision, Robot Offline & OnlineProgramming.

·When Automation system assembly is ready,install the software and run the system with the software

·developed and testing.

·Travel to customer location for installation ofthe automation system and interfacing

·with machines from different suppliers.

·Complete the required documentation and handoverthe machines to the respective departments.

·Monitor the performance of the running machinesduring the observation period and lead the corrective

·actions.

·Offer technical support to resolve problems inrunning machines.

·Attend to service calls on need basis.
